The ECOGLASS optical sorter allows the automatic classification and separation of various types of materials by composition (NIR), colour (VIS) and/or shape (deep learning). ECOGLASS models are designed to work in glass recovery and cleaning processes across different flows.
The new generation of ECOGLASS focuses on CSP and colour separation, with bullet valves that make sorting even more precise and cleaner — making it a great solution for glass recycling plants and MSW sorting plants alike. Optional configurations can also detect lead content in glass, as well as ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
